It’s time to register for this year’s Vinton Fall Festival, scheduled for Sat., October 11th, 2025 10-4pm
Please note: Changes are taking place this year so make sure you read this entire form!
With the success and growth of our Fall Festival, we are instituting new rules to help us manage our growth and to serve you better. Please pay close attention to registration deadlines that are now in place.
All spaces are 10 X 10 and any set up exceeding this size will be charged for an additional site. No tables or tents provided.
Your cancelled check/credit card receipt serves as your confirmation that we have reserved your space at the Vinton Fall Festival 2024.
If you do not receive your cancelled check back within a month of sending it, please notify us immediately.
Refund Policy – Due to the cost involved, we cannot provide refunds for reserved space for ANY reasons.
Return Check Policy – You will be charged $25.00 for any check returned for non-sufficient funds.
